For Sale of a property (commercial and residential): 1% plus Service Tax from each Buyer and Seller

For renting (residential and commercial) – 1 month rent plus Service Tax from each Lessee & Lessor.

Registration Charges – As per circle rates and stamp duty charges (as applicable) by each parties.

Our charges include all basic legal assistance, registration of documents before sub-registrar and title search report by Mehta Properties Legal for all our clients. However, there would be separate legal expenses, if a complete due-diligence or a customized legal service is required. The legal expenses would depend on the extent of the work involved and would be communicated at the time of start of due-diligence for approval. The client has the flexibility of involving his/her own lawyer or can avail the services of Mehta Properties Legal post acceptance of the proposed legal expenses.
